My dear readers, this Saturday the weather was fantastic (like Spring) so where else to go if not Byblos, my favourite town ever in Lebanon. Enjoyed having loads of photos, mankoushe (thyme with oil on Lebanese bread) and an amazing green tea at Edde Sands Yard (I will talk about Edde Sands in coming posts).
